Managing your account on sprint.com

When you sign up to access sprint.com, you can choose to manage your entire account or to just see information related to your device.
If you sign up to manage your account, you can use sprint.com to view and pay your bill; add phones, plans or services; grant access permissions to others on your account and more. You can also swap phones on the account.
To manage your account online, you'll have to provide your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and other account or billing information. This is usually done when you create your username and password.
If you're signed up only to view information for a device and want to manage your account instead, you can ask the account holder to grant you permission to do so. Just sign in to sprint.com, go to the My Preferences section and look for All about my account > Request access.
