This software update will upgrade your HTC Snap to software version 1.15.651.2.
Update Features:
Corrects issues found with device when in vibrate mode.
Please read the following before proceeding:
Confirm that this software upgrade is a newer version than what is currently loaded on your device:
To determine what version is running on your device, go to Start > Settings > More > More > Device Information > Version on your device. If your ROM version is not 1.15.651.2, you will need to perform the software update.
If it is the same version (1.15.651.2) and your device is operating normally, there is no need to reload the software.
You will need to install ActiveSync or Mobile Device Center before connecting your handset to your computer. The syncing software includes the drivers necessary for your computer to recognize your device. If you have not installed syncing software yet, click on the second download available on this page and install ActiveSync or Mobile Device Center.
