Software Update for PPC 6601
Updates the software on the PPC 6601 to version 136/112/140. This software fixes issues discovered after the PPC6601 was released to market. Some of the items addressed by this software version include high pitched noise occasionally occurring in earpiece and several Bluetooth related issues.

    Microsoft ActiveSync®
    ActiveSync acts as the gateway between your Microsoft Windows-powered PC and Windows Mobile® powered device, allowing you to synchronize Microsoft Outlook® information, Microsoft Office documents, pictures, music, videos and applications to and from your device.

    Microsoft ActiveSync works only with Windows XP SP2 or earlier. If you have Windows Vista, your synchronization settings will be managed through the Windows Mobile Device Center.
