Sprint is the exclusive Wireless provider for the HGACBuy contract. Please note there are two contracts in place:

Contract number CW05-02 for customers in the State of Texas.

Contract number CW10-09 for customers outside of the State of Texas.

HGAC has joined together with Educational & Institutional Coop Purchasing (www.eandi.org). This partnership has made HGAC the largest Sprint Education contract. Now every Division 1, 90% of the Division 2 & 3, many Community/ Junior Colleges and k-12 schools are eligible to use the HGAC contract. Sprint is the exclusive wireless and wireline provider to HGAC and E&I members and available in all 50 states as well as the DC and Puerto Rico territory.

HGACBuy has more than 6,500 participating Members in several Public Sector industries including Local Government, Healthcare, K-12 & Higher Education, Utility and private/ public Non Profit companies offering one or more government function or service. Sprint services utilizing the HGACBuy contract yields up to a 24% service discount on Corporate Liable services on Sprint's voice and data networks unless otherwise noted. Moreover, this contract supports free activation, shipping and membership fees.
