Failure to return the rental device within three (3) days from the end of your rental period will subject you to late charges. Late charges are billed in weekly increments consecutively for three (3) weeks. At the end of the third overdue week the total cost of replacing the rental package will be billed.
Note: Rental devices should only be returned in the return courier bag included with the rental package. Please do not return your rental device to a Sprint Store location. For purchased devices, refunds of the purchase price of the equipment (less shipping and handling) will be issued to customers returning an unopened, unused package within 15 days from the date of purchase. Customers may also return equipment for warranty repair within one year of purchase. Roadpost will determine if the damage is in-warranty or out-of-warranty, and will notify accordingly. For replacement of defective handsets, an equivalent model will be substituted if the original model is no longer offered by Roadpost. Offer available while supplies last.
