About plans for the Samsung Instinct™

We're glad you're interested in our new Instinct. Here's what you need to know about available plans:

Before you buy or upgrade

To take full advantage of the Instinct's expansive features, you'll need an innovative approach to service. That's why we're only offering the Instinct with a Simply Everything ^TM, Everything Data, Simply Everything Family or Everything Data Family plans, which include domestic voice, e-mail, texting, GPS navigation and more.

If you're a current customer upgrading to the Instinct

After you receive your new phone, you can activate it online. If you don't already have an individual or family Simply Everything or Everything Data plan, you'll be required to change your current plan during the activation process. At that time, you can select the plan that's right for you.

Requires eligible upgrade (or new line activation) on an individual or family Simply Everything Everything plan or Everything Data plan with two-year agreement.

A new two-year agreement is required for new lines of service.

**Monthly charges exclude taxes, Sprint Surcharges [including USF charge of up.to 17.40% (varies quarterly), Administrative Charge (up to $1.99/line/month), Regulatory Charge ($0.40/line/month) & state/local fees by area]. Sprint Surcharges are not taxes or gov't-required charges and are subject to change. Sprint chooses to collect Washington State B&O Fee of 0.471% of your monthly billed charges to recover its costs. Data: Premium content/downloads (games, ringtones, songs, certain channels, etc.) are add'l charge. Sprint Radio includes streaming radio channels, featured local radio stations from across the country and access to discounted music downloads. GPS Navigation includes TeleNav GPS Navigator for Nextel phones and select Sprint phones or Sprint Navigation for Sprint or PowerSource phones. GPS reliability varies by environment. International services are not included. E-mail includes use of Sprint Mobile Email, Microsoft Direct Push technology via ActiveSync™, Versamail, IBM Lotus Notes Traveler® or BlackBerry® Internet Service (BIS).

Messaging: Includes text, picture and video for domestic messages sent or received. International messages are $0.20 sent or received. Text to 3rd parties to participate in promotions or other may result in add'l charges. SMS Voice messages may incur an additional data charge of $.03/kb.

Direct Connect®: Nextel and PowerSource devices operate on the Nextel National Network. Sprint devices operate within certain EVDO Rev-A coverage areas on the Sprint 3G network. Group Connect®: Group Connect currently operates between parties on the same push-to-talk network platform. International Direct Connect^SM not included.

Talk: Add'l Anytime Min.: Up to $0.45/min. Nights: Mon-Thurs. 7pm - 7am; Wknds: Fri. 7pm - Mon. 7am. Partial min. charged as full min. Mobile-to-Mobile: Applies to calls placed between Sprint & Nextel phones (not available while roaming).

Sprint may terminate service if (1) more than 800 minutes, (2) a majority of minutes or (3) kilobytes in a given month are used while roaming.
